Nothing here that nobody else hasn't said. Always something for everyone, if you like dark beer they have some of the best in the area. Nice atmosphere, friendly and laid back employees. My only complaint is that their beer errs on the side of eclectic, which can sometimes mean there isn't anything simple for people who are in the mood for a more "regular" beer.
MoreBoth locations are awesome! One is small and cozy; one is bigger with a street taco shop inside. Always pulling out some tasty beers! A++
MoreGreat staff, great beers! Really happy to see how large they've grown in just a year. Must try some of their frequent small batch brews.
MoreCozy friendly atmosphere, "old school" startup brewery feel. Really liked the Sweet Creams beer, I was very sad when they tapped out of this.
MoreLove the experimentation found here. I'm especially a big fan of sours, so I really like to see what's getting invented all the time.
MoreOh yeah. This guy can brew some seriously good and interesting beers. Just try one. Any one. You won't regret it.If you love beer, do yourself a favor and stop here.
MoreCozy brewery where we had some great beers ,listened to some good music and had an enjoyable afternoon. The $1 popcorn was very good as well!
MoreWe went on a Sunday afternoon. It was nice and cool and a good escape on a very hot day. There was a duo playing old time music. The beers were creative and delicious. The server was very nice and informative as well.
MoreNot impressed with the brewings. Experiments sold as the final product. Strange for an European to see this. It seems like the crowd going there cannot tell the difference. I have had a Belgian white. I'm visiting Brussels today. The memory of that joke called Belgian beer brought me back to give this comment. Please people, stick with American beers, and even then know that beers here are cheap. The belgians and the Germans started it. Beers are like bread. You made it as something special and expensive. Good beer is special. Experiments aren't.
MoreExcellent beer! Sours and complex IPAs that you can't find anywhere else. Super, super tasty.
MoreVery cool little place. I really only liked one beer, but my husband liked more (he's a hophead).
MoreNeat nano brewery with some solid beers. Spartan interior and outside seating.
Cozy Virginia craft brewery with excellent brews.
Cosy space and good beer. If I lived in Leesburg this could be my local.
Good beer, good atmosphere.
This is a great little whatever is smaller than a micro-brew place. The guy who runs the place is cool, and his beer is good. It is someone's dream, and he is doing a good job of it, so please support it.
MoreIf you haven't been, you must go! Loads of delicious, small production beer so there's something new every time you go (along with some regular ones). These guys are very creative and know what they're doing. Their dessert sours/stouts are some of the best in the area!
MoreGreat if you like very heavily flavored beers. Not if you don't. And, honestly, I don't. So I don't plan on coming back. But other people may enjoy it.
MoreAbsolutely outstanding brewery, fantastic beers, music, and people. Always trying new things and pushing the envelope. By far my favorite brewery.
MoreSpent the day in the Leesburg area And decided to give this place a try after finding it online. Not a lot of seating indoors so we had our first beer sitting outside and then work later able to get a seat inside as it was a little hot today. I tried the scorpion IPA and that was pretty good.
MoreHighly recommend this place. Beers are great and unique. The place is small but good for kids
MoreGreat beers in a very cozy environment! The flavor profiles were excellent and a tad more unusual with some fruit based beers. I would definitely go back.Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz
MoreGreat service and atmosphere! Quality brews, their Storm IPA stands out even though I personally prefer darker beers (porters and stouts). While the selection is fairly small, 5-6 beers to tap, they have a nice variety. This cute, cozy nanobrewery is a wonderful hangout spot in downtown Leesburg.
MoreGreat beer! Great people! Great fun!
Lovely service, fantastic beer, great times!
They have some of the best local beers. Great location with a comfortable outdoor space. They are dog friendly as well.
MoreVery homey little brewery, loved stopping by after work. Pleasant staff, easy to strike up a conversation with.
MoreCreative brews at a unique location. Fantastic place to stop in and try something interesting.
MoreKiller brews, good music. Super friendly.
So. good. If they only served Heart & Soul I would still give 5 stars. Excellent IPA selection for hop lovers.
MoreLove this brewery! They have such interesting and funky beers. The doubles vibes, sweet creams are my favorite. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating. I prefer their outdoor seating though. Also the people who work here are super helpful and nice! Definitely recommend coming out here!
MoreGreat beer and great atmosphere! Loved the double time cherry lime, an excellent sour! Plus they have a SEGA console with games to play. Would definitely recommend checking out!
MoreSmall but awesome. Very nice staff, and very comfortable. Dark IPA was great stuff...
MoreGreat little brewery in Leesburg, always something good on tap if you're willing to be adventurous.
MoreCool little place right in the heart of Leesburg. Beer was interesting and they had a solid selection. Hope to find some of there stuff in the wild soon!
MoreSmall selection and venue, but excellent beer that's worth crowding in for! They have a number of sours (which my wife loves), but for me popping in after dinner at one of the nearby restaurants and getting one of their dessert beers like the Charm or the Charm cookies and cream.
MoreBeen coming here since Jake was a baby-brewer. Now he's a big boy-brewer. Over the years, his beers have had their ups and downs. I loved the full bodied beers of the early 2010s... but the past few times I've been to this location, sadly the beers are watered down. Love you Jake, but please fix this. Don't get sucked into the SUCK of Leesburg brews by watering them down.
MoreIf you are open till 10:00, donβt have last call at 9:30 and turn away paying customers
MoreCool little brewery in Leesburg. Stumbled upon it on a whim and glad we did. Had a great time and the beer was really good too. Small inside seatijg and a nice little out door area in the sun. Would go back!
MoreJake does good work. Meticulously crafting solid beers while exploring new styles. Come check out Crooked Run
MoreHidden local place, and I loves there wheat beer and red. Great stuff. Small hidden place, but great. Come on in...it was my first visit.
MoreCrooked Run turned me into a sour beer fan! They are always doing innovative and creative beers PLUS delicious tacos from Senior Ramons, cocktails from Nectar and the biscuits from Daybreak Kitchen- a true one stop shop for a day of fun.
MoreGreat beer after a day of biking around Leesburg
Jake and Lee are passionate about brewing good beer. They make some of the best beer in NoVa.
MoreThis is one of my favorite breweries in the area. If you like sours, or just good beer, try it out. Misses are few and far between (but do happen)
MoreExcellent beer, good service, along the bike trail, and a ton of Sega games at the bar.
MoreOne of my favorite breweries in the area. Their beers have improved dramatically over the years and they just keep getting better. If you are a sour beer fan, CR was my favorite fruit forward sours in the area. Their ipa and stout game is also great. The staff is always amazing and helpful. The Leesburg location is much much smaller than the sterling location, but it has a cozier atmosphere. The owner Jake is also a brilliant entrepreneur. Be sure to visit both locations!
